Do not email passwords, one-time passcodes (OTPs), payment card or bank details, or other credentials. We will never need them to help you.
Please include
- Product name
- Which ADTRIL product or app you are using.
- App version
- Found in the app's settings or About screen, or in your device's app list.
- Device
- Model, for example the phone, tablet, or hardware unit.
- OS version
- The operating system and version, for example iOS or Android and its version number.
- Description
- What you expected, what happened instead, and steps to reproduce it.
